The one I drew on Phant's envelope was the first one I had drawn since high school. I tried to make this one look as close to the original concept as possible.

Yes, he doesn't have thumbs so he has to just kind of toss the coin up. He was at times in comic strips a failed street magician because his lack of thumbs severely hindered his aptitude at sleight of hand. I wish I had some of the original stuff to scan and post here. At one point another person made a rival character named The Whipperwill and we had a mock up movie poster with them facing off back to back, guns drawn, explosions in the background. The Whipperwill was an orange triangle.

I got out the little Personal Profile plastic box thingamajig that I keep a lot of random writings, drawings and other such sentimental or retarded items. i'm sure there has to be at least one saved drawing of him in this box somewhere, so that i can accurately recreate him in mspaint. Don't expect results until tonight or tomorrow morning. |

Okay, there were no pictures of the Whipperwill. I am still kinda friends with the guy though, so I'm going to send him a myspace message and see if he can remember and MS Paint me a whipperwill picture. |

That was his response to me, so I was a little off on the original description, I guess the triangle didn't have arms. And the battle poster he speaks of is the movie poster I spoke of. |

I know I do, it's just a matter of finding where I've put it. I kept a very few select "works" I did in art class, and that was definitely one of them. |
