Goodness, what have I done!

I badly need to shave.

That being said, I'll be going on a holiday soon. I'll get my car back this weekend and there's three weeks of nothingness ahead of me where I can go where I want to go. No idea where I'll be going but I think I'll just drive and let the road ahead decide where the final destination is.

Got my driving license back.

Good riddance, getting it prolonged was a tour de bureaucracy. All in all, it took more time to get my new license than it took me to get to the point of finishing my practical exam.

So today, I looked into a mirror.

Guess I'm a little late, but still.

Holidays have started, and I am somewhat bored out of my skull. The good news is that I finally got around putting that video capturing program on a disk. It turns out to be vista compatible, yay. The down side is that I can't capture anything without scaling down my resolution first. Technically I can, but one minute worth of video is around a hundred Mb. Converting it to flash cuts down the size by 75%, but still. That's large.

The idea is to do a "Let's Play Suikoden II" game. Though I probably won't start soon as I hate just talking by myself. I want so-called commentators to make fun of me, the game, and everything anyone can possibly come up with so there's at least something interesting going on on the screen. This involves making a stick cam thingy and me being connected to the Internet, so it may take a week or two. If you're reading this and want to make a man happy by saying you will help him out by lending your voice for a Let's Play thread whilst sad man isn't too sure he'll ever start, just PM me!

Haven't updated this thing in a while.

Probably because of the finals I've been making and preparing this week. Only three in total, like usual, but most of them are quite hard.

It's at times like these when I have nothing of interest to write. Which reminds me of a promise I made a couple of weeks ago, not to make an update if I have nothing interesting to tell. After all, I don't want to turn into those poor fellows who just have to tell everyone they ate steamed rice with chicken curry and pineapple slices with two glasses of cool aid which had a slice of lemon on the side of the glass.

Well, it seems like Germany passed on to the finals. Not that I like soccer or anything, it is just that it is impossible not to know what's going on in Bern if you live here. It's a small country I live in and the nearest desert I can retreat to can be found in Africa.

No, soccer is best left undiscussed for now. Especially seeing how my attitude towards it is. What can I tell you today, then? That I'm going to bed in a couple of minutes perhaps. For the past two nights I've kind of been staring at the ceiling trying to make out all the figures the plaster makes. Perhaps I'll have more luck when it comes to catching Z's tonight.

Suspensions as part of the game? Please, that's something 4th graders would come up with. And those people know what makes a board good or not? Come on, I know a certain person from Board 8 who can do better than that. It takes little knowledge of human social behavior to know why the Zeta support board's community is so pitiably small, even though they have the best potential of all Zetas around. The subject of the day is zombies.

Not that I really care much about zombies our zombie outbreak, they already get enough spotlight in books, TV and videogames.

Anyway imagine being a zombie, created in a laboratory. You manage to escape, and all of a sudden you're in this city. You see some people, and being the good Hollywood monster you are you decide to eat their brains. Imagine walking up to a human, who's never seen a zombie in his life before. You drop your jaw, and moan. Do you really think he is going to run away?

Somehow doubt that. People have been so desensitized by movies, they will probably just walk on. I tell you, catching your first prey won't be easy. Not until there is at least an army of zombies will people even suspect you exist. Here is a future tip for all zombies, try to eat TV reporters first. If the media does not know neither will the masses.

I forgot how much fun it is to

make an absolute hole out of myself, whilst making other people look as if they've been confined to a dark cage for too long.

Started downloading all of the Road Waffles comics two days ago. This is where I am right now. At this pace, all of it will be saved for coming generations to see in about ten years time.
